Seth Pierce – Managing Partner

Seth brings over 25 years of experience as a senior health and safety professional, with a strong focus on infrastructure, energy, and cable projects. He has 12 years’ hands-on experience in land liaison and cable route management, six years in high-voltage environments, and has supported offshore wind developments for the past six years. Seth also integrates drone technology into field operations, drawing on eight years of flying experience to support route assessments and ground-based surveys. His practical insight, technical awareness, and client-focused approach underpin the delivery of our onshore cable services.
