We are a family run business formed in 1998. Our founder, John Hannen has over 40 years experience in managing easements and wayleaves.

Our initial focus was liaison with landowners, negotiation of terms and carrying out surveys for cable routes and pipelines. 

As we have developed and expanded, we added land referencing to our range of services and have carried out work for major utilities companies, including RWE, Balfour Beatty, Innogy, EDS, Scottish Power and N Power.

We also carry out regular work for local government.
